ULTRACAST™ 10T series is a urethane prepolymer based on polytetramethylene ether glycol and toluene diisocyanate (TDI). The product is "capped" and contains a minimum of TDI monomer. ULTRACAST™ 10T series , when reacted with MBCA, yields a urethane elastomer exhibiting good all round physical properties and excellent hydrolytic stability. The elastomers also possess outstanding low temperature performance, and resistance to degradation as a result of heat build up from dynamic flexing.

ULTRACAST™ CL-series is a hybrid urethane prepolymer based on a combination of backbone polymers and Toluene diisocyanate (TDI). The product may be classified as a high performance material and yields elastomers of 94 - 98 Shore A when reacted with MBCA.
The backbone polymers utilised in this formulation provide the end product with good hydrolytic stability and excellent physical properties, particularly with regards to the following:
- High heat, abrasion and cut resistance
- High load bearing and resistance to compression set
- Resistance to "chunking"
