Polycaprolactone

ULTRACAST™ 10C series of  polyurethane prepolymers are based on polycaprolactone and toluene diisocyanate (TDI). The product is "capped" and contains a minimum of TDI monomer. ULTRACAST™ 10C series  has been specifically formulated to yield good physical properties at various Shore hardness.

ULTRACAST HT-series  is a hybrid urethane prepolymer based on a combination of backbone polymers and toluene diisocyanate (TDI).

Combinations of the prepolymer with diols and triols produces softer elastomers with good properties. The backbone polymers utilised in this formulation provide the end product with good hydrolytic stability and excellent physical properties normally associated with polyester urethanes.
