ULTRASPRAY™ 400 series is part of a two component, solvent free, medium to high performance polyurethane spray system. The combination of these two components through a suitable dispensing machine produces a tough urethane elastomer with good physical properties, abrasion and hydrolysis resistance.
ULTRASPRAY™ 400B series is the polyol component of a two component solvent-free, prime-less rigid polyurethane spray system. The second component is the isocyanate ULTRATHANE 500B series. The system is designed for internal and external coating of potable water pipes. When combined together through a suitable spray machine, the products react to form a hard but tough compound, which exhibits the following properties:

ULTRASPRAY™ 400T series is part of a two component, solvent free, high-performance polyurethane spray system. The combination of these two components through a suitable dispensing machine produces a urethane elastomer of excellent physical properties, high abrasion and hydrolysis resistance. Unlike conventional polyurethane spray systems, ULTRASPRAY™ 400T series is tolerant towards atmospheric moisture and may be sprayed when humidities are at high levels. ULTRASPRAY™ 400T series is a mixture containing an aromatic amine.
